Returns
We do not accept returns on any products purchased from our website.

Exchanges
We offer a one-time exchange for eligible products under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Products purchased during sales or promotional events
• Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.

Refunds
As we do not accept returns, refunds are not provided except in cases where:

• An item is out of stock after payment has been made.
• We are unable to fulfill your order.
• A refund is approved by Rewamp Kids due to exceptional circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2–7 business days.
